3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. bdg555 targets a processing time of 10–30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Withdrawal times may be extended if additional verification is required.

bdg555 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, bdg555 will notify you and request the necessary documentation to resolve the matter.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on bdg555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Amounts displayed on the Platform are in BDT unless otherwise stated. bdg555 does not currently offer multi-currency wallets. Any currency conversion costs arising from international card transactions are the player's responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Nothing in these Terms limits bdg555's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
